Christina oversees 214 units across Brighton Road Apartments, Duquesne Apartments, Firehouse Apartments, Forest Green Commons, Jefferson Arms, Milliones Manor, Warren Plaza, Western Manor, and Wylie Townhomes. She manages daily operations, coordinates special projects, and works closely with staff to ensure high-quality, community-focused housing environments.
Jacquelyn manages 142 units across 321 Melwood Avenue, Bry Mard Apartments, East Pittsburgh Mall Apartments, Homestead (331 E. 9th Ave & 339 E. 12th Ave) and The Avenue Apartments. She ensures residents receive responsive support, coordinates leasing, addresses tenant concerns, and maintains safe, welcoming communities.
Dawn manages approximately 100 units across Allegheny Union Baptist Association and Allegheny Union Plaza. She oversees daily property operations, coordinates leasing activities and maintenance follow-up, and addresses tenant concerns to ensure the properties remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents.
Jason provides on-site housing support for residents at St. Colman Apartments, helping address day-to-day concerns, coordinating resident services, and fostering a positive community environment. He works closely with property management to promote housing stability, resident engagement, and a safe, welcoming place to call home.
Christopher supports property management operations, assisting with leasing, resident communications, and administrative tasks. He helps maintain smooth workflows and ensures residents enjoy safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes.
Willie maintains essential building systems and equipment across all properties. He performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical issues, and responds to repair needs to ensure each site remains safe, efficient, and fully operational for residents and staff.
