Report Emergency Maintenance Problems
Emergency calls should only be placed from 4:30 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., or on weekends or holidays. If your emergency problem is not listed below, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
An emergency maintenance problem is a problem whereby life, health, and/or property are in danger.
AHH considers the following issues to be an EMERGENCY:
Flood
Gas Leak
Lock In/Out
No Heat when Temperature is Below 55°F in the Unit
No Hot Water
No Electric Power
CO₂ Detector Going Off
Wellness Check (Call 911)
Water Line Break
Break In/Kick In
Elevator Entrapment
No Elevator in the Building is Operational
Backed Up Trash Chute in Hi-Rises
No Air Conditioning when Weather is 80°F or higher in the Unit
Backed up Sewer Line/Stack Clog
